Shipping Policy

At Pop Gothic, every item is made to order — meaning your piece is created just for you when you place your order.
Below is everything you need to know about how our dark little creations make their way from our printer’s hands to your doorstep.

 

1. Production Time

All products are made to order through Printify, our fulfillment partner.
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and production queue.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent to production, and another with tracking details when it ships.

 

2. Shipping Times

After production, average delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
     

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
     

  • Europe: 5–12 business days
     

  • International: 10–20 business days
     

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or global events.

 

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you don’t see updates after that, contact us — we’ll help check on it.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier, and the items in your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping, though we sometimes run promotions — so keep an eye out for those.

 

5. Split Shipments

Because items are made on demand and fulfilled from different Printify facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If part of your order arrives first — don’t worry — the rest is on its way.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves the facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Pop Gothic is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked “Delivered.”

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Wait at least 7 days (sometimes tracking updates resume)
     

  • Check with your local post office or carrier
     

  • Contact us at store@popgothic.com and we’ll do our best to help investigate
     

If your item is confirmed as lost before delivery, we may replace it at our discretion.

 

7. Customs Fees & Import Taxes

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.

 

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot guarantee updates after an order has been placed.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
