Refund Policy

We’re a small, spooky-hearted brand that crafts everything to order — so we can keep waste low and creativity high. Because of that, we handle refunds and exchanges a little differently than big box stores. Please read below before placing your order.

 

1. Made-to-Order Items

Every Pop Gothic item is printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify, when you order it.
This means we don’t keep stock or warehouse returns — each piece is custom-made just for you.

For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Buyer’s Remorse

  • Change of Mind

  • Color or Placement Variation from digital previews
     

Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before purchasing.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

Just email store@popgothic.com within 2 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
     

  2. Clear photos of the issue
     

  3. A brief description
     

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
We may ask you to return the item or dispose of it depending on Printify’s guidelines.

 

3. Refunds

Because each piece is custom-made, refunds are only issued in these cases:

  • The item is damaged, misprinted, or defective
     

  • The wrong item was shipped
     

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or production errors
     

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post it.

 

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout — so please review your order carefully before confirming.

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pop Gothic is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they’ve been marked delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact your local postal service to file a claim. We’ll assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.
